By accessing and using the Tertiary and Primary Education Management Information System (TPEMIS) Portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

The TPEMIS Portal is provided for the purpose of managing educational information for higher education institutions in Sierra Leone. Users must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Use the service only for its intended educational purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. TPEMIS reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Application fees and other payments made through the portal are non-refundable except as required by law or institution policy. All payments must be made through authorized payment channels integrated with the TPEMIS system.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the TPEMIS Portal are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication of any such matters or any part of the site is prohibited without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TPEMIS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data, or other matters relating to the service.
